Delete your data
You can ask Orcas Prime to delete the data we hold about you or your business at any time. This includes advertising performance data we received through Meta's Marketing API.

Email orcasprime@gmail.com with the subject "Data deletion request", or message +91 90018 33059 on WhatsApp.

Tell us who you are
Include your name, your brand or business name, and, if the request relates to advertising data, the ad account ID (it starts with
act_). We use this only to find your records and to confirm the request is genuine. - 03
We delete it
We delete the data and revoke any stored access within 30 days, then confirm by email. Records we are legally required to keep, such as invoices and tax records, are kept only for the period the law requires.
Faster: cut off access yourself
If you shared an ad account with Orcas Prime, you can stop all further data collection immediately. In Meta Business Settings, go to Accounts, then Ad accounts, select the account, and remove Orcas Prime under Partners. We stop receiving that account's data from that moment. Deleting what we already hold still needs the request above.
