What we own
You build the product. We build the business around it.
Here’s the actual division of labour — not a services list, a responsibility list.
You keep
- Your product
- Manufacturing
- Buying inventory
- Dispatching orders
We take
- Your Shopify store — the whole admin, day to day
- Products, collections, apps, and the small breakages that happen on their own — a broken variant, a theme update that shifts a layout, a payment gateway hiccup. We’re in the admin daily, not once a month.
- Branding and how the product is positioned
- How your product is described and framed on the page — the language that makes a stranger understand what you sell and why it’s worth the price.
- Pricing strategy
- Where your price sits against comparable products, and when to move it. A price is a decision we revisit as margins, competitors or demand shift — not a default you set once.
- Ad creative — graphics, video cuts, banners
- Static ads, short-form video cuts, product-page banners. Built to be tested and replaced quickly, not treated as one precious asset.
- Meta and Google Ads, run inside your own accounts
- Campaigns built, targeted and adjusted weekly inside your own ad accounts — you keep the data and the history. We never mark up your spend; you pay Meta and Google directly.
- Amazon, Flipkart and Meesho — listings and accounts
- Listings, sponsored ads, inventory and the day-to-day account management each marketplace actually requires. They don’t run the same way, and we don’t treat them like they do.
- Conversion improvements on the store
- Checkout friction, page speed, product-page clarity — the changes that turn the same traffic into more orders without spending more on ads.
- Email and WhatsApp follow-up
- Abandoned-cart recovery, post-purchase updates, and the WhatsApp message that gets a refused delivery reconsidered before the parcel comes back to you as an RTO.
- Analytics and reporting
- The numbers, plain, plus what changed and what we’re changing next — not a dashboard you have to interpret yourself.
- Product launches
- A new product or variant, sequenced — creative, listings and ad budget ready before the launch date, not scrambled together after it.
- Scaling decisions
- When to put more budget behind something that’s working, and — just as often — when not to. See How We Think on the homepage for how we actually decide this.
- RTO reduction and courier disputes
- Address verification before dispatch, confirming high-risk orders, and filing disputes on wrongly marked deliveries instead of quietly absorbing them.
- Which courier to use, and where
- Courier choice by real delivery performance in your specific pin codes, not by headline rate — a cheaper courier that delivers less often costs more, not less.
- Inventory planning
- What to reorder and when, based on sell-through and lead time, so a launch or a good ad week doesn’t stall on stock that hasn’t arrived yet.
- Overall growth strategy
- The sequencing across all of the above — what to fix first, what to launch next, and what to leave alone this quarter.
Four things stay with you. Everything between "the product exists" and "the customer has it" is ours.
We run your ads inside your own ad accounts, not ours. You keep the data, the history and the access. We never mark up your ad spend — you pay Meta and Google directly, exactly what they charge.
